I'm using the Cisco VPN while traveling to connect to two addresses/networks. I don't have any issue with address used for my compagny but I find an issue with this second address that I use to connect to network from an external company.
the exact error is : The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication. The following message was received from the secure gateway: Other Error
Could-you tell me if this issue is due to a bad configuration of the second VPN address or if my computer (firewall/anti-virus...) is blocking the connection?
