Add new user on Webex Control Hub

Dear all,

I'm trying to add a new user on Cisco Webex Control Hub and I'm geting this error "goncalo.lemos@aerp.pt cannot be added. The user already exists in a different organization. TrackingID: ATLAS_d7959019-033e-6461-7d61-a10507080ae7_10".

This user had an organization in Webex Meetings but it is already deleted. I can't understand this error so I would like to have your help.

Contact webex support team, they will help you to add this user..
