Audiocodes SBC as webex pstn source

Hi,

I would like to know if you have an Audiocodes SBC if you somehow can get Cisco Webex to use that as your PSTN calling option and or can one make MS-Teams say for example that has PSTN dialing also your Webex App PSTN Dialing option?

Best Regards

To have the Webex app making PSTN calls, you need either a Webex Calling subscription or a UCM environment. For the latter one I cannot tell you anything.

For Webex Calling, the org may either leverage a Cisco Calling Plan or a CCP (for both, you do not need a SBC) or you may use a so called Local Gateway for PSTN connectivity. In that case only a Cisco CUBE can be used, other SBCs are not supported.

Today, Cisco launched AudioCodes SBC solution as a fully integrated Local Gateway for Webex Calling.   For further information, see the Webex Integrations site here:  https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-user-knowledge-base/audiocodes/ta-p/4722078 or at cs.co/WebexIntegrations.
