azure AD Synchronize user cisco webex failure

Hi,guys 

 I follow this page: https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/6ta3gz/Synchronize-Azure-Active-Directory-Users-into-Control-Hub#id_105577 to operate.

 How do i solve this problem , there are 151 users need to be Synchronized, only 38 users succeed. these are some troublr log. THX.

Hi,

I suggest you open a case with Cisco Tac.

The users that get syncronezed have some difference from the users that are working?

All the user have email address?
