The RK+ does not meet Microsoft’s hardware requirements for MTRoA. It will not be certified; your only option is to replace it with a current generation endpoint if you need MTR. Alternatively you can use WebRTC, CVI (VIMT), or Synergy Sky.
The RK+ was introduced in April 2017.
