CUCM to WebEx Calling Migration

What existing configuration can be retained when migrating from on-prem CUCM to webex calling, if any? I can see references to CSV files in the webex documentation, but I cannot find any migration approach details from CUCM At the moment it seems its a fresh install approach going to the cloud rather than a migration - you export basic user information from CUCM, user names extensions and emails for SIP URI. Use a CSV to import this into control hub Is there any other config that can be carried over?

Hi,

Other than importing user and devices using CSV files, you won't be able to import any other features. You will have to configure calling features manually from the scratch.
