One of my users asked a question to which I can't find an answer in the Webex KBs: We have our Webex message retention policy set to 6 months in Control Hub. If a user pins a message, will that override this policy, or will that pinned message be deleted 6 months after it was posted as normal?
Once policy it is set for Space Messaging, it applies to all spaces created by users of the org, messages sent and content shared in those spaces including pinned message.
