There should be a way to define groups of users either in space options or globally in Control Hub, so when users @mention the group, all members of that group (that are also members of that space) would get notified. That way users don't have to @mention all individuals manually.
For example, you define a group called 'helpdesk' and add all helpdesk agents, another group called 'infra' and add all infrastructure engineers, one more called 'devs' and add all developers. Once the groups are created/defined, users in a surge can simply @mention @helpdesk if they want to reach out to ask helpdesk agents in the space rather then tagging @agent1 @agent2 @agent3 etc

This will be a great idea and ease the notifications when announcements have to be made for a subset of resources belonging to the same group! Is this idea posted ?

Seconded for this feature request. It's often hard to get groups of people's attention when conducting a large meeting or event. Great idea!
