Holiday Lists with WxCC

So, in the admin console and in the Contact Center area I know there is a Business hours and Holiday lists that can be setup.

However, we use WxCC with Global overrides and Flows, EP etc.

Will the Holiday list from the Admin console override the open hours set in WxCC for each flow and EP?

Or does this still have to manually be configured in WxCC? We are trying to avoid having many different global overrides in our setup and to keep it as simple as possible.

Hi there,

As per Cisco, Business Hours will override Routing Strategy setup. And you might aware Routing Strategy soon going to be obsolete.

Meaning, if you configure Business Hours and Holiday setup in admin.webex.com portal and reference it in Flows as well as in EP. It will override the current Routing Strategy Setup.

Setup should be like this.
1. You'd need to create Business Hours schedule on Control Hub Portal.
2. You'd need to edit current flows add Business Hours step reference Business Hours schedule. Route it as per requirement.
3. Under Entry Point reference newly edited flow which has Business Hours Logic.
4. (Optional ) Under Routing Strategy --> Remove Routing Schedule,Holiday,Override

You can do Bulk assignment of Entry Point to Flows. But For Global Overrides you'd need to manually create it or reference it in the flow.
