As a webex admin, How do I view and manage all spaces that have been created within the organization?
We have some users that have created spaces that other users now need access to and I can't find/see the space let alone mange it

@itnetworking to give access to spaces there are different ways to allow this
One solution would be the eurl@webex.bot . It creates for every space a URL which can be used to acess the space and you can set policies which domains are allowed to join the space. Alternative option would be that the bot only informs that somebody wants to be added and a moderator in the space has to add the person
Another option would be to create for some topics public spaces, where anybody in your organization can join and leave and re-join whenever the person wants. Reference: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/6kmeef/Public-spaces-in-Webex

As part of maintaining the user privacy spaces are part of messaging and should not seen by others, however you can create a report Messaging User Activity which allows you to know information about how many new spaces created or joined by users ?

I don't believe it is possible to manage the spaces created in the organization. At least that's what I've been told. None of the reports available in control hub show shared spaces that have been created from what I've been able to find.

There are a couple of reports you can download into PDFs that are helpful.
