Hello,
I have a queue on Webex Calling and I have inserted a custom message for music on hold. When I cann the queue from my phone, the music is not played and so i still hear the classic tone that usually we hear when we call someone. Why is it not working? Also the confort message and the estimated wait message for queued calls are not working. The only functionality hat is working if I enable and customise is the welcome message. Where I'm failing? I followed the guide, but things will not change when I call the queue. The idea is that when someone calls the queue, a music has to be played insead of the classical tone that you can hear when are you calling someone

I had the "Play ringing tone to callers when their call is sent to an available agent" activated under "Overview" > "Overflow settings" in the queue settings
