To Attend Meeting after Cisco Webex Integrating with MSFT Teams

Hello,

Cisco Webex (Control Hub) service in my organization has been successfully integrated with MSFT Teams. 

As pilot user, my Microsoft Teams invite looks like below (attached invite), with Webex info. e.g. Webex Video Conference ID.

I am just wondering who, as attendees,  can join our integrated meeting below through “Webex.” e.g.  Webex Video Conference ID instead of MSFT Teams.

I know any users can join through the activated Webex Room devices in my organization.   

Can outside Webex users(external users) join this Teams meeting? from what devices or applications if possible?   

It will be great if anyone can share your experience, or shed some lights.

Any device inside/out that is capable of dialing a SIP address can join the meeting this way.  The number/amount of devices that can join is based on your license as a pool; first come first serve.
