Is there a way to allow a user access into the Reports section of the Control Hub or have a report automatically emailed to them? I found the option to email myself the report, but not another user. They're not an admin, by a supervisor of staff in a Call Queue who needs the monthly Call Queue Agents Stats.

There are some upcoming role based permissions that will be available later this year that might include what you need @svanatta. In the meantime, you could have the email sent to you and then set up a rule in your email that forwards it to that user.

That sounds like a boring recurring task..
What about automating it using the Webex Rest API? Check out the Service Apps (https://developer.webex.com/docs/service-apps) and the reports endpoint (https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/reports).

The report itself is automated to run and email me a copy already. I was just hoping it could automatically email from Control Hub to other people (documentation seems to show this being possible, but apparently in an older version). I don't think I need to quite get into the weeds of automating it through the API. But I can see the API being useful for some other tasks if needed.

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for this information. And yes, that's a good idea to just set a forwarding rule for now.
Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi Dipak,
Thank you for responding. It is for 1 user, but we don't want them to have access to anything except the reports within the Admin roles. Is there a way to limit that?
Thanks,
Stephanie
