To my knowledge, I don't believe Analytics has the capability to give you a breakdown for calls made by different join methods i.e. Webex Contact Centre or Webex App. To get that level of detail you would probably have to go into the Troubleshooting section.
You can get something similar but for Meetings though, not Calling, and that is stats about "Participants by Join Method".
In Analytics, select Meetings and then the Participants tab. You should then be presented with some graphs similar to below:
