I have a call queue set up in WebEx, with receptionists logged into the broadcloud reception web client + desk phone
When calls come into the queue, only the desk phone can accept the call, there is no "ANS" button in the web console but I can see the call.
Similarly there is weird behaviour when calls are held or retrieved on the web console. Calls seem to go missing but they are still visible in the console yet they can't be retrieved. Hold and retrieve seems to only work properly when using the desk phone to control the call.

@Steven Johnston Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue for a customer where the ANS button is missing on incoming calls. The End call button is present, but not the ANS answer button.
