Webex codec plus web page not working after register

I register Cisco webex codec plus to cloud, after cloud register i am not able to login to web page of codec

I am using crestron control for meeting room

Is there any way to access

When you register to the cloud, the process disables the default admin account.

You will need to load the cloud login from Control Hub, where you can then create a new local user account.
