Webex Device Connector - CUCM Forbidden log in

I updated to Webex Device Connector to 1.1289 to resolve a Webex Cloud sign in issue and am now being presented with a "Request is forbidden" error signing into CUCM where I did not encounter this before. 

 

Is there an extra requirement on the user side of CUCM to allow for sign in?

Are you using a proxy to connect to internet? If so check what it is set to, Webex Cloud request only or All HTTP requests. We have it set to this to reach our CMs.
