For a customer of me we moved his URL example1.webex.com Sub123456 to Sub987654 which contained 4 licenses; Sub123456 is canceled. I have the following questions about this case:
Can the client have different subscription ID’s under one URL?
Is it possible to have licenses in a sub ID with different durations? (for example 60 and 12 months?)
What happens if the customer has 8 room devices in use and only 7 licenses?

Hi,
Please see response to your questions:
Can the client have different subscription ID’s under one URL?
- The client can have multiple URLs under one subscription ID's but not other way.
Is it possible to have licenses in a sub ID with different durations? (for example 60 and 12 months?)
- You will have different subscription IDs for different duration of licenses.
What happens if the customer has 8 room devices in use and only 7 licenses?
- You will receive "License Overage" message and you will be charged based on the usage.
