Hi all
Hoping someone else has had the same issues I'm facing.
We have just enabled Presence form behind the WebEx tenant which works.
The issue I'm now facing registering the DLL to enable integration with Outlook:
Webex\Settings - Connect Webex to MS office
The issue I'm facing is that we are primarily a Citrix house, so this issue is have to try a register the DLL for all users?
I have tried a GPO to run scheduled task on logon.
Any ideas? or anyone in a similar situation?
Any advise would be amazing.
Many thanks
Anthony

@anthony.tobin , sorry for the delay. I replied yesterday, but it must not have posted due to the community maintenance.
What is the problem you are running into with your GPO?
The one area I know is an issue for registering the DLL is if you have disabled UAC (User Access Control) in your environment. Webex does not allow the DLL to register on behalf of all users, so if UAC is disabled, the DLL won’t register. You can try this on one machine by enabling UAC at the lowest level and then running the DLL registration manually. It should stick long enough for testing (until your GPO catches up). If this fixes it, that is your issue. If not, I can’t offer any Citrix experience

First of all: Webex! No capital E. Purge it from your brain, it's not used since years
Have you tried registreing the dll manually as described in https://help.webex.com/gk4yog/

I would say the same, but now the W is not even capitalized! it looks like it's just webex!
Haven't seen any official announcements, but all I see is webex!
If you go to www.webex.com, all you see is lowercase webex! Ha!
