Webex Pro Pack Licensing Overage

Kathy N.

We purchased an Educational License for staff which includes licensing for students.  We are under licensing totals for all features except the Control Hub Pro Pack which shows an overage.  We've been told by the vendor we purchased it from that this won't impact any functionality.

Has anyone else run across this issue or have any information on any impact or loss of functionality there may be with the Pro Pack license overage?

Hi Kathy,

With overage, there will be no loss of functionality. You need to work with your Cisco Partner to correct the overage issue.

We are in the same boat.  I just noticed this yesterday and haven't had time to ask about it.  Please update the thread if you find anything out.

There are no service outages for going over usage. Cisco and the Partner will just look to increase the pro pack licenses at the next billing cycle to cover the overage.

Is there any loss of functionality with the overage.

FYI - our Cisco partner said we have the licensing already - "Cisco noted they are not showing an overage on the Pro Pack (Cisco did not provide detail on the resolution, just that it is fixed)."  We can't understand if we have the licensing already, why it shows an overage.
