WebEx Room Kit Pro, 3-Display +Spark Board in Companion Mode

I have a room design w/ 3-displays and now I  need to add a Spark Board to the room in Companion Mode.

Are there any limitations to this configuration?  Does the Spark Board operating in Companion Mode disrupt any functions when using all the monitor out ports for displays?
