WebEx - User status not updating

Hi,

We are using the WebEx desktop application and recently we notice users login status isn't updating.  The issue we see is the user status show's as "Active 18 hours" this status only increment it never reset meaning if the user logs out and back into the application.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Example attached.

Please perform the following steps:

 

- Uninstall Webex app
- Clear Webex cache using this articles as a reference:

https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/WBX000026120/How-Do-I-Clear-the-Webex-Cache-on-a-Mac?
- Download the latest stable version from:
https://www.webex.com/downloads.html

 

Verify if Status is working, if not please open a TAC Case to investigate further.

Check if those users can see a green dot near to their profile PIC after they login to Webex APP. From the screenshot you shared ,  I can see two users status as  active.

Which webex app platform is presenting this? Windows?Mac?

You are using the last Webex Teams version?

Even if the user is logged in at the Webex Teams is showing "Active x hours"?

Q1. You are facing this with all users? Yes
Q2. Which webex app platform is presenting this? We are a Windows shop, Webex Teams is displaying log period of inactivity for Jabber users, even if we interact with the jabber users via a IM or phone call.
Q3. You are using the last Webex Teams version? Version: 41.11.0.20608
Q4. Even if the user is logged in at the Webex Teams is showing "Active x hours"? looking at other Webex Teams user the status is fine. It's looking at Jabber users the status shows long period of in activities.

There is no more Webex Teams. its webex APP.
