We have a counselor that is scheduling tutoring sessions for multiple subjects, over 6, and is having problems with co-hosts starting some of the meetings. We think there may be a limitation in the number of concurrent meetings one person can have active on their account but we can't find this posted online. We have the Education Flex licensing in case that is a factor. Can anyone assist with this question?

We have tested this and successfully held 4 meetings scheduled by one user. Once trying to join the 5th meeting, the user trying to start the meeting gets a pop-up that says you already have a meeting running. You have to stop that meeting to start another one. This is an issue as we're working on having different meetings for a Professional Development work day and 1 person is scheduling all the sessions. She had planned to set up individuals as co-hosts so they could start the meeting for their topic. We will have to come up with an alternate plan for this. Thanks for the help.

We've had this issue reported to us last week. One client scheduled multiple all day meetings and was having others hosting. When the client tried to join one of the meetings later in the afternoon they got the message " Your account does not have access to the WebEx site" then when they tried later to start one of the scheduled meetings they got the message "You have other meetings currently in progress. You can start a new meeting after you end one of the meeting in progress."

We experienced this ourselves too!
A lady had scheduled 50 meetings for 50 different people using her own account, at the same time.
50 simultaneous in the morning, and 45 or so, in the afternoon.
We explained she had to schedule it for the other people using scheduling permissions for each user.

@Kathy N. , Webex licenses are meant to be named user licenses (linked to a single individual), hence every Webex user can only schedule/host one meeting at the same time (as that person can only be in one meeting at the same time :).
As far as I know, we don't enforce the maximum number of simultaneous meetings to one. Under certain circumstances it can happen that a host has more than one active meeting (for example a meeting running over time with two overlapping active meetings as a result). So, I think a Webex host can have up to two active meetings at the same time, but certainly not six.
In your situation I would recommend to schedule the different meetings by using the accounts of the different co-hosts.
