XMPP Federation with Webex

Hi, 

Could anyone help me on this topic, please?
In my scenario, We have webex deployed with UCM on-prem for calling. now I would like to configure an XMPP federation with another company that uses the one prem Jabber. (I know that the present status does not available, but I need only IM).
Anybody can let me know the steps to complete this configuration.
Enabled Hybrid messaging
Enabled XMPP federation from CH ( selected and verify my organization domain)

no external access restrictions were enabled in my CH.
user is enabled for hybrid messaging (via expressway) in my CH
the external organization is enabled for IM&P XMPP federation. 

but i am still unable to send or receive message to the remote jabber user (external organization)

Hi Shalid,

can you confirm that the _xmpp-server._tcp XMPP SRV-Entry on your domain is pointing to the Webex Data Center of your location? (EU/US1/US2)

If you're put a "nslookup -q=srv _xmpp-server._tcp.<your-domain>" you should get something like that back:

_xmpp-server._tcp.webex-customer.example.com     SRV service location:
          priority       = 5
          weight         = 0
          port           = 5269
          svr hostname   = wx2i-a.wbx2.com
