Each time someone receives a call, the individual is logged on the list on the left. This list gets large and difficult to manage for Help Desk or for those who receive large volumes of calls. They have to manually "Leave" each interaction. Is there a way to not have calls stay logged on the side?
I think you are referring to the space left at the left hand side. If you make PSTN calls, there should not be any new remaining items except for the call history view, for sure.
