Hello
I don't understand the behavior of a queue.
When agents are busy in a queue and everyone is online
The next call enters the queue but without any ringtone or music... until someone is available in the queue.
I would like to make it simpler, if all the agents are on the line I would like the caller to hear a ringtone or music until an agent becomes available

You can use Announcement option to enable Hold Music, Welcome Message and comfort messages.

is possible to hide name about Waiting Queue on the agent phone ??
Don't display the queue name
but only the caller's number
