I have a pair of Cisco 730 headphones with a hardware Ambient to Noise cancelation hardware switch. When I take a Webex call they are somehow doing a software switch into the ambient setting as I get simple noises like typing or rubbing my clothes amplified. I can't find a setting in the control panel for this. This is on Webex 43.11 on Sonoma 14.1.2
Anyone else experience this?

This happened to me in the past... not sure why but it went away but its back as of today.
I plugged the headset into my Mac and it said there was a firmware update, so I updated. Didn't resolve the issue.

Previously I tried removing, repairing the headset and it did not work. I just tried that now and started a meeting with myself
