Hi Team. I would like to configure a "translation patter" into Webex Calling like CUCM.
I need this: When an user dial *333 it must be translated to a PSTN number. This is a simple configuration in CUCM, using translation pattern. How can I do this in Webex Calling?
Thanks in advance.

Please note that Webex Calling is a cloud service and does not offer alll fine-granted features as an on-prem UCUM does.
Translation patterns are one thing that are not available in WxC.
You may have a look on personal speed dials https://help.webex.com/nkd0khu/. I guess you're looking for any company-wide solution, maybe virtual extensions (https://help.webex.com/fh3l46/) are also suitable for you?

Hi dtibbe. I was looking for virtual extension solution but I couldn't configure extensions like *333 or similar. It seems that only accept E.164 format. Do you know another way to configure achieve this? Thanks for your answer.

Virtual Extensions follow the numbering rules of extensions, ie. no stars like FACs.
As said, WxC <> UCUM. Maybe you have an extension range like 99xxxx that is not used and you can make the customer use 99 instead of *3 or so. "New system, slightly different use of features"..
