Webex call continues to ring even after I have answered an incoming call on my computer. What is causing this? The ringing continues for 5-6 seconds before the caller can actually hear me.

Anyone had issues with call transfer from an analogue extension (registered to a Webex Calling controlled VG410). I think I'm hitting CSCwm45009. I'm running 17.18.1a, as per the requirements when using a VG4xx with Webex Calling.
