I has an iPhone 8s, with iOS 14.6, and webex41. It has become very frustrating that Webex does not allow incoming calls unless the app is Front and Center on the phone. If the app is open and active on my phone it works perfectly, as soon as my phone goes to sleep or I switch to a different app, I no longer receive incoming calls from Webex. I recently switched from Jabber to Webex, and I’m ready to switch back. Jabber always worked, Webex, not so much.
Can anyone one tell me why?
