Hi Team,
So we've finally finished our migration from CUCM to Webex Calling, and I have time to participate in this community. One of the things I would find most useful with the Control Hub, would be to determine all groups a user is a member of. eg: Hunt Group, Calling Queue, Pickup Group or Call Park group.
It's fine being able to export these groups to see the membership of specific groups in a given location, but what if you want to know all the groups for a specific user? Wouldn't it make sense to show all those groups from the Users profile in the control hub? How useful do you think this would be in your daily administration of Webex calling?

I think you should submit this idea on Aha and it may already be there for an upvote. The Cisco product team reviews these suggestions and prioritizes new features.
