Is it possible to create a standalone extension in Control Hub without a phone number that is not assigned to a user?

I wondering the same. I have some locations (branches) where we have phones that connect the customer with customer service contact center, can the same be done with Cisco WebEx devices (phones) and assign these phones an extension and program for when the handset is pick up that rings directly a Customer Service Queue?

In the past, there was a analoge hotline feature for ATAs, that was deprecated. So no, that is currently not possible
