Hi everybody,
We're currently planning to install a new VOIP solution, using Webex Softphone.
We're planning to use two phone numbers:
- Our regular phone number
- A dedicated phone number for a specific campaign
Since our agents have to note whether the incoming call is via the regular phone number or via the specific campaign phone number, we're wondering if Webex Softphone is able to show this.
For example, in which xxx is one of our two phone numbers:
-----
Caller ID +31 yyy
Phone number called + 31 xxx
-----
Is there anyone who has experience in this? Is it possible to receive a screenshot?

In some instances, yes. The two I can think of off-hand:
PS- Your Cisco partner should be expected to answer this sort of qualifying question for you.
