Do you happen to have uptime statistics for the Webex Calling platform over the past three years. If so, could you please share me such report.

And for these outages does webex provide online Root Cause Analysis.

The only publicly accessible location I’m aware of is https://status.webex.com/service/status

You’ll need to ask your Cisco account team for anything beyond what is available there. Same for RCAs.
