Hi Kathy, thanks for posting but this query is for the Receptionist Client included with Webex Calling rather than the on-premise Attendant Console

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have somehow managed to add two favourites which show up in the receptionist client but cannot work out how I did it or how to add more
