I am trying to find the UC domain information for calling feature.

Recently got my laptop re-imaged and since then I lost phone services to the team. the missing piece of information is the UC domain address in the settings.

Any information will be greatly helpful.

You need to talk to the admin.  This is setup in the profile or automatically in some cases when you log into the client with your AD credentials.
