We just implemented webex calling today and texting for specific users. The texting is working as planned however we are having an issue where images are not coming through if someone sends one. IS there a setting to allow that?

Bring this up to your Cisco account team  and tell them you want this. Vote on relevant feature requests. My understanding - not speaking for Cisco - is that there was skepticism of how popular/relevant Business Texting would be. So they started with basic 1:1 SMS to see what usage looked like. The more people push for them to expand upon it (eg group and MMS) the more likely that it will happen; you’ll be validating those who argued this was worth doing.

Are you taking about Webex Messaging or Business Texting? AFAIK, images are not supported in BT as it is basically SMS.

For Messaging it should work fine. Is it for all file types or just some? What about other files such as txt?

Business texting. We were just a little confused as someone was texting photos to one of our staff and it was saying that it was not supported. We were hoping it was just a setting that we could change
