Hi Everyone,
Currently my customer have Genesys Contact Center which integrated to CUCM. The CUCM will be replaced by Webex Calling.
Is it possible to integrate Webex Calling with Genesys CC ?
Is there a guidance or reference how to do it ?

I’m not aware of a document specific to Genesys but it’s just a SIP trunk toward Webex Calling from a supported SIP SBC - Cisco or 3rd-party.
Get started with Local Gateway
If you’re using Genesys’ CCaaS offering (didn’t they kill off the on-prem product?) you could even host that SBC in a public cloud (eg AWS or Azure) to get your DCs entirely out of the picture. Cisco calls this vCUBE.
