Local Gateway registration issue with Webex calling

Hello Experts,

We have 2 Cube in a different location connected to Webex Calling, the first cube is registered and working fine, and the call is fine also.

But when we configured the second cube with the same configuration it doesn't register nor send the registration message to Webex  and gave us on the logs the below :

Thanks all , after deep investigation we found that the credential number (in webex tenant) was wrong , after adjust it , the cube registered successfully.

Is it possible for you to attach configuration files of both your CUBE routers?

By same configuration, do you refer to the whole same configuration? Or do they have different credentials?
