On the public help topics/articles regarding the Microsoft Teams app integration, it doesn't mention if basic telephone features such as hold/park calls, transfers, or conference calls work or how they work if it's possible. If anyone knows if those basic features are possible I would love some insight on that.
Additionally, is there a public roadmap of upcoming features being worked on?
Seeing if this app will work for my org. Thanks!

Since the Webex app is running in the background, the in-call window that pops up when the call is in progress is actually a Webex window, and that is where the mid-call controls (hold, transfer, conference, record) are. If you have the in-call window hidden by default, you would have to open it from the system tray or change your settings to always show it (Settings->Calling->Call Window Settings). There is work being done to allow that Webex in-call window to be hidden and expose the mid-call controls to the Teams app, but there isn't a committed timeframe for that at the moment.
Edit: Even Microsoft launches it's Phone System client in a separate in-call window, so the current behavior is nearly identical to the MS Phone System behavior.
