Hi All, Just getting ready for a large migration from On-Prem to Webex and I have concern about Pick-Up Groups, Hunt Groups, Translation patterns and Call Parks that are in the on-prem UCM. Is there a way to get these migrated or is it a manual config once the users have been defined in Webex?
I have a TAC case but it seems the Webex help folks don't know either.

Hello,
There are bulk tools you can use to import those into your system. For example here is a link to doing that with Hunt Groups.

However I do not think there is an easy migration tool that will do all that automatically, as far as I know you will need to stare an compare or use the export files from UCM to manually fill those CSV files out.

If you're a developer, you may also have a look at the Webex REST API for Calling: https://developer.webex.com/docs/webex-calling-overview
It includes many endpoints for provisioning and configuration as well. Just in case you want to build your own UCM2WxC-tool
