Hello everybody
one of our departments of 3 people would like to operate as follows.
When the main switchboard rings, all the agents would like to be able to intercept it
but they do not want when they call them personally that others can intercept their calls
in the end having a pickup group but when the main switchboard does not ring on other calls.
Is this possible?
For the moment I can only make interception groups where everyone can pick up everyone...
