I had 2 enterprise phone migrated to MPP. After it was successfully converted to MPP i was trying to manually add it to Webex calling. When i checked it there was no prompt requesting for the activation code. I tried again using a different Model but same thing happened. Could any one help me register the migrated MPP phones.
Ent firmware - 14.2
MPP firmware -11.7

Did you run the migration task in Control Hub? Run the migration task with license only option, add the phone via MAC address, then do a factory reset on the phone. If you get a message that says to provide the migration license just do a factory reset again or enter "#000" as the code.

If you use the license only option in the migration wizard you must then add the device manually before the phone boots and attempts to connect. The phone will require a factory reset otherwise. For this reason it is recommended to use the other option that issues the migration license and adds the device to your org in a single step.
