searching the broadworks directory form the Webex MS Teams plugin

Hello, we have a custoemr of ours that uses the webex plugin within MS Teams, but when they search the directory it is only showing results form their Active Directory and not the broadworks enterprise directory. How do we enable the plug in to search broadworks? and not just AD?webex, Teams, Brfoadworkswebex, Teams, Brfoadworks
