We have a new hire that we need to train, and we'd like to have him listen-in on phone calls. We currently use WebEx for our phone service, and we'd like the new hire to be able to listen-in when our assistant answers client calls. Normally, we'd just hook-up a secondary headset via a splitter; however, our new hire is remote. Is there a way for multiple people to share the same phone call from different locations (outside of just doing a conference). Example: phone rings, assistant picks-up the phone and talks to the client, new hire can add himself to the existing phone call so that he can hear the call for training purposes.

Hi @cmkahabka,
There are two solutions for your question:
1. As @dtibbe mentioned, you can use Barge In feature to listen to the live call. As an end user, you can enable this feature by logging into https://settings.webex.com. Please see below URL for detailed instructions:
2. Second option is to enable call recording feature. All Webex Calling customers have access to the Dubber Go - free subscription. With Dubber Go, users get convenience call recording and each recording is stored for 30 days. Only users can access and manage their recordings from their Dubber portal. Your Partner need to enable this service and maybe you can explore this option for you other case studies as well...
