To address this, users should check their network connection, ensure proper dialing procedures, and contact WXCW customer support for assistance. Please ensure that you have enabled the "Toll-Free" option in your location/user/workspace outgoing call permissions.
Confirm that you are dialing a Toll-Free number and not any premium service numbers. You can try enabling other call types in the "outgoing call permissions" and test it.
Check if you are using any access code to dial out.
Try calling Cisco TAC Toll-Free numbers.
If everything checks out and you are still unable to dial toll-free numbers, please let us know your PSTN connectivity (Cisco calling plan, Local Gateway, or cloud-connected PSTN).

Hi @syed hussain 07,
Are you using Cisco Calling Plan or your on premise PSTN services?
