Hi,
I'm having trouble finding the option to enable call recording for Workspaces. A customer of mine has Imagicle call recording enabled for users in the Control Hub. They recently purchased Workspace licenses and configured them in the CH. However, I can't seem to locate the call recording options under the 'Calling' tab or 'Call Experience.' Could you assist me with this?

Can you confirm that the workspace is set to use a professional license instead of the standard common area license? I confirmed my standard workspaces look like the screenshot you provided and my professional licensed workspaces do show call recording properly.

Apologies, I missed your response.
Yes, it's a standard license. I wasn't aware that Workspace requires professional licenses to enable call recording. I will assign the professional licenses and test them accordingly.

That helped me. After converting to Professional licenses. all those additional features are appeared on the workspace configuration.
