Over the last week or so our business' Webex calling has been experiencing some rather odd events when calling outbound. About 30% of the numbers we call and reach an automated voicemail greeting, the greeting is garbled and high pitched. I have done lots of testing, googling, and research to narrow down the cause and have been unsuccessful. It doesn't seem to be limited to any of the following:
Cell Carrier or phone model
Geographical location of outbound number
Device we are calling from
User calling
Time of day
We have also determined it is specifically a Webex calling issue as we have made test calls from Webex and the issue occurs but then we call the same number from a personal phone and the issue does not occur.
Any thoughts or is this happening to anyone else?
