I have a customer with multiple locations in WxC that wants to have the outgoing caller ID for ALL users to be the corpCaller ID, Webex Calling, Calling Featuresorate main number, not a number at the location or DID. Can this be done? My understanding is that the outgoing caller ID has to exist in the location the user is located at.

You are right, you may just use a number that is assigned to ther user's location. You cannot use numbers from another location.

Under USERS click on MANAGE USERS
Export to csv file
Change column "J" to number you want.
Change column "Y" to OTHER
Change column "Z" to the name you want.
Import and pick ADD and Remove option.
* number must be in system. Number can only be assigned to one site.

I thought so, but honestly that should be something that Cisco addresses in a future feature.
