WebEx Calling Voicemail PIN Templated

hello

I have 5 different locations configured on WebEx Calling

how do you configure a VM template per location and a default VM PIN?

could it be set to match the user's extension? if not, how could you set it to a default VM PIN that the user has to change after the first login?

Hi @CPriego,

It is not possible to setup Voicemail PIN per location. Voicemail PIN can be setup per User or at organization level.

• To setup PIN at organization level, please follow the URL mentioned by @dtibbe. It is recommend that the user create their own PIN on settings.webex.com. However, if you choose to enable this option, let users know what their default PIN is. They'll need to reset their PIN using their phone or calling app before they can access their voicemail.
• To setup PIN at User level, then go to User >> Select User >> Calling >> Voicemail >> Reset Voicemail PIN
